If that is the case.. of a superior car and no real competitors.. then the Dutch Maldonado shouldn't get paid more than a quarter of what he's currently being paid.What you also fail to comprehend is the fact that we are talking of multi year contracts.So If by chance RedBull will fail to deliver the fastest car and Verstappen will not win any more championships.. then he should get a cut of what he's currently being paid in the upcoming years? Mercedes paid the big bucks to a driver that gave them 6 WDC championships and 7 WCC.So it's a night and day difference.But probably in your orange world you would expect a driver that just got his first victory with the team to be paid more than a driver that gave them countless wins, podiums, poles and championships.If hatred would ache, you'd die in excruciating pain right now.31-12-2022 15:40

Oh yes.. if it wasn't for the Dutch Maldonado, racing in heavy rain would've never been possible.Everybody had to wait for the sun to come up and the track to dry down but now thanks to the Dutch Maldonado, racing in the rain is possible. ??26-12-2022 09:07

There is no comparison, Vettel was head and shoulders above the Dutch Maldonado.Hot headed at times and stubborn but overall a fair racer with an illustrious career with no stains on it.No handouts, no cheating.Still holds records that the Dutch Maldonado will never break and still is and still will be RedBull's most successful driver ever.26-12-2022 09:20
